About Us

Quiver Consulting was founded to ensure small and medium sized businesses are able to hire expert financial help, but at a fraction of the cost.
We have in depth experience managing the financial aspects for large businesses with millions of customers. Our goal is to bring that experience to companies who need CFO-level help, to bring their business to the next level.

Phil Vaynshteyn

Principal

Phil Vaynshteyn, has over 15 years of diverse Finance experience spanning the consumer credit, retail, and travel sectors.  He is a proven leader who uses his portfolio CFO experience to bring a collaborative, balanced, and thoughtful approach to solving business challenges from a financial perspective, with customer focus always at the forefront.

He is the Principal at Quiver Consulting LLC. Quiver provides financial consulting and advisory services for clients within Consumer Lending, Retail, and Healthcare sectors.

Through September 2020, Phil worked at Citigroup, in a variety of Finance roles within the consumer lending space.  Most recently at Citi, Phil was the Head of FP&A for Citi Branded Cards, managing $85B of receivables.

Prior to that, he was the portfolio finance lead for the Specialty Partners Group (SPG) of portfolios within Citi Retail Services’. In this role, he managed the financial performance for $4B of credit card receivables.  SPG consists of multiple verticals, with large companies such as American Airlines, Costco, ExxonMobil, Ford, Goodyear, Staples, and Tractor Supply.
